Course Objective/Goals

This online course features Jennifer Medina, a highly experienced classroom teacher, instructional coach, and ELL Coordinator.  The course is divided into two modules. In the first module, Jennifer showcases strategies for providing academic and socioemotional support to your ELL students. The second module offers strategies for accelerating your ELL students' learning. Supplementary print and digital resources are included.

You will learn how to:

  • Provide academic and socioemotional support to your ELL students
  • Modify writing assignments for your ELL students
