"I've been looking for a course that would give me further insight into working with older compromised readers which are most often dyslexic. This course is a great beginning to catapult me into greater use of workable strategies that I can easily implement in my classroom. The comparison of reading delays being due to language delays and reading delays was very useful to me. I have just this year begun to change the ways I address these two camps of learners in my room. So, the strategies that Heather highlighted will be very useful for me to add to my repertoire when teaching both challenges in my classroom."
